A poker
variation that is very popular in the UK. The game is a fast version of
the Texas Holdem game. Players are dealt one card less (4 instead of 5)
then with Texas Holdem, and must use 2 out of their 4 cards to make a
poker hand.

Short Explanation of the
Omaha Poker Rules
The two players
left of the dealer start with putting in the first bets (small and big
blind) before any cards are dealt. All players are then dealt the 4
face-down cards. The first betting round starts with the player sitting
left of the Big Blind. Three community cards are placed face-up in the
middle of the table. The second betting round. The 4th and 5th (final)
community cards are placed face-up on the table and are each followed by a
betting round. The game is concluded with the showdown where the remaining
players show their best poker hands, and of course the best hand wins the
pot!
Tip 2:
The game Omaha 8 or Better is a variation of Omaha Poker. The
difference is that the pot is split between the high and low hand.
